5E TECHNOLOGY

   The 5E Panels is a load-bearing construction system and allows you to build up to 5 floors without reinforced concrete beams and girth rail. Furthermore, our technology is successfully tested on a 9-point scale of Righter. 

   5E product is a combination of metal trusses fused together by expandable polystyrene (Neopor® GPS). When concrete is applied to the panels, they become structural insulated monolith. These panels can be used to make walls, floors, roofs and even staircases.

   The wire trusses integrate with the concrete to give the panel a structural value, while the expandable polystyrene gives its thermal and sound insulation value.

   Neopor® GPS — the next Generation of insulation. BASF Neopor® GPS is a graphite polystyrene (GPS) rigid foam insulation that gives maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainability on construction projects. Planners, architects, contractors and builder-owners benefit from insulation made of Neopor GPS because of the special advantages this material offers.

ADVANTAGES OF 5E TECHNOLOGY

Built in R-value - ECO Panels have the insulation built into the panels. The R value is substantially better than a normal concrete or cinderblock wall.

Pest Resistant - ECO Panels are impervious to attack by insects. Insect, Termite, Rodent , Mold, mildew, and fungi resistant.

Acoustically Efficient - Walls, floors and roofs constructed of ECO Panels reduce the transmission of sound (STC) and meet local building codes.

SEISMIC RESISTANCE OF 5E TECHNOLOGY  

Below is video shows experimental test conducted by Laboratory of Kazakhstan State Research and Project Institute of Construction and Architecture. During the test earthquake equal to 9 on Richter scale was simulated and building, constructed using 5E Technology, showed perfect resistance and stability.
